These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Face Glowva mobile application ("Face Glowva", "the app"), published by Sumo Solutions ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Face Glowva provides guided facial-exercise routines, breathing sessions, progress tracking, and related wellness content. The app is currently provided free of charge.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The app and its content (text, design, images, and code) are owned by Sumo Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.
Any photos or information you add stay on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your device secure.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumo Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app.
